The Firstborns are a proud and untamed people of the Bone Swamp, protectors of the megadons whose lineage they have safeguarded for centuries. They live in stilted villages governed by revered matriarchs. Equally adept on their stilts or atop their kurdaïs, they cross the swamp with striking ease. Peaceful by nature yet formidable when they take up arms, they tirelessly repel the attacks of the winged creatures known as Voraces with their ballistae, thus preserving their ancestral homeland.
