Order of St. Lazarus conversion pack

The Leper Brothers of Jerusalem were founded in the crusader state of the Kingdom of Jerusalem at, as you may guess, a leper hospital. Initially a hospitaller order caring for those afflicted with leprosy, the order evolved a small millitant wing, who would fight in several major battles including the battle of Jaffa and the siege of Acre in 1291.  The knights of this order were known for their zeal and ferocity in battle, which may have contributed to their supposed high casualty rates.
