Eshari's movements appear as if she is asleep. Her paws move to the rhythm of the drums, her eyes are half closed. But no matter how frantic the dance becomes, she is always in perfect time. Some believe that the goddess herself controls her limbs, as if Eshari has long since become nothing more than a vessel. “In my dreams, I dance—and she dreams through me.”
