Nyokan Winterguard Tank Commander

Captain Olivia of the 33rd Valtarian Heavy Armor Division, leading from her Fury of the Frozen Talon, a mighty heavy battle tank benefitting greatly from the keen eyes of her Nyokan Crew. She can easily fit the hatches of most vehicles with a small bit of work. (Either filling a position for her foot to stand on or trimming it down to fit in a more shallow turret.)
