Hi! They are not meant to be dwarves.
The combination of heavy armor and the render makes them look a bit shorter than they actually are.
The scale reference is the same as classic 28mm models, inspired by older miniatures.
In the comparison image, you can see them next to another of our models in the same scale.
We also plan to slightly increase their height, as we noticed they might give this impression.
