This kobold was inspired by Podarcis sicula, a bold and territorial lizard species I observed during my summer vacation. Found along the Croatian coast from Istria to Neum and on several islands, it thrives close to humans and dominates other local species. I wanted to capture that same assertive, alert energy in the pose and character of the model.
