Microphone base

I modeled this connector part for my Neewer microphone arm and included two STL files: one version without inserts and one with.The version without inserts has holes for 4.30mm screws; the arm's screws fit perfectly, but they are too short. So, I added a bit of material and larger holes with a 5.6mm diameter.
