Alignment-Screw Fastener for Afinia 3d Printer

I design this thing after the alignment screws for Afinia 3d printer start coming loose due to extreme vibration on certain print modes (try printing a box with walls with layer settings of 0.25mm, 0.30mm or 0.35mm and you will know!). Even with normal printing, the alignment screws will come loose eventually. This will keep the screws locked in place saving you from having to keep aligning the platform! The pictures show you how install the fastener.
