Square Snap Connector

This is a method for connecting objects together. It uses 1cm x 1cm x 2mm protruding squares with corresponding cutouts which have 0.2mm spacing.

I designed it in blender.

Note: It is a real tight fit until you take the joint apart and back together several times. I have yet to break one using 10% infill.
