Gas cap retaining strap

This cures a minor but persistent annoyance.

My car is an unusual make and I'm posting this only for the sake of the idea.

No special instructions.

This part has a large footprint, roughly a 5 inches square. The factory part was too wide for the platform, and I had to curve the piece connecting the two major sections.

Make it out of nylon for flexibility, strength and chemical compatability.
