pcDuino Case

This is a case for the [pcDuino](http://www.pcduino.com/). I have been using mine as a server for my printer ([Repetier-Server](http://www.repetier.com/repetier-server-download/) which is originally designed for the RaspberryPi but works great on the pcDuino). As I only need the two USB ports and power USB port the case only exposes those connectors. I am using a wifi dongle to connect it to my network so the Ethernet port is not available, neither is the HDMI (no screen accessed via web browser
