MakerBot Replicator 2 Filament Tube Holder and Centered Feeder

Solve problems with filament spooling correctly on your MakerBot Replicator 2. This is an adaptation of bluejay117. Just added more of an overhang so that the filament doesn't tangle and feeds more smoothly. Also added a stop inside so that the feed tube doesn't move.
