First is a 4-way limiting plate to make the 8-way mini arcade joystick sold by Adafruit (http://adafruit.com/products/480) and others into a 4-way (X-Y axis) joystick.
The other one is a 2-way (one axis) plate for playing games that only require one axis of motion. It's either X or Y, depending on which set of mounting holes you use.
Since it has switches instead of pots, this joystick will work easily with picoboards and other controls for games made in Scratch.
