shielded rostock LED ring

As soon as I installed jasonatepaint's Rostock LED light ring, I was in love with this idea. I used the 1 watt LEDs and resistor he suggested and it was great. But the LEDs were so bright that I saw spots. I made little light shields for them using tape.

Here I have copied his design, making most of it a little thinner and adding light shields around the LEDs so they don't blind me anymore. It's like recessed lighting for the LEDs.
