Modified version of the fan duct included in the sketchup file for the MK4 extruder. Credit for design goes to Lawsy, I just modified it a bit to fit a 40mm fan.
Note: As printed, this does not fit on the carriage. The clearance between the PEEK vent and the mounting bracket is negative, so you need to trim some plastic off both to make it slide on/off. I also added a piece of heat tape to direct flow exclusively to the PEEK and upper barrel to prevent overcooling of the nozzle.
