Printable groove mount plate for Jhead + greg wade's modified extruder reloaded

This mount plate is designed for most commonly used 12mm diameter hot end groove mounts. It works with J-Heads, Makergear hot ends and other designs with the same mounting option.

It have been modified to raise 6mm up extruder, and allow a greg modified wade extruder reloaded to be mounted with big gear above belt clip.

It is machinable or prinable (ABS only!!!)
