EiNSTeiN Variant Compact Extruder for i3 / 2engineers Motor

Use this extruder with the 50:1 motor offered by 2engineers. The most recent versions of EiNSTeiN do not support this motor making the old one a little hard to find for some people. Here is the February 15th version, which is the latest that support the 50:1 motor. The new version of the 50:1 motor has an extra steel gear and is proving very strong for me thus far.
