Prusa Mendel Bolt-on Filament Guide

I needed a filament guide to keep my feedstock from rubbing against my Z steppers, and had about an inch of 8mm threaded rod extending past my Z motor holders, so I rigged up a quick guide that can be slid on and bolted down assuming you have the extra threaded rod.
