Bliptronic 5000 Replacement Knob

We love our Bliptronic 5000 from ThinkGeek, but a couple of the knobs have broken. This model makes a reasonable same-shaped replacement. OpenSCAD source included if you want to tweak tolerances or modify for some other purpose.
