E3D v6 for MendelMax

Based on Jonas Keuhlings x-carriage and using the terrific e3d holder by Roman Kornfeld I managed to make a set that mounts my new E3D v6 perfectly on my MendelMax, with the included fan clamp.

Print the upper part and the holder itself. You need M3, 20mm bolts and nuts to bolt the parts together. The upper part then fits neatly in the hole of the x-carriage. I used an infill of 60%.

EDIT: fixed previous problems, works well now :-) The updated version also leaves room for thicker cables.
