UltiRouter v0.3

This is version 0.3 of the UltiRouter mini mill. It fits the form factor of the ultimaker, so if you already have an UltiMaker 3d printer, you can stack them.
The last version was still too complicated to assemble with too many tabs per side. This version only has one or two per side, making it much easier to go together. The first set that I cut out was assembled before I could make any pictures.
