FIXED: SDS Drill Bit Holder - Parametric (& OpenSCAD functions)

I had a few long SDS* drill bits rattling around.
So I made a holder. It is for 10mm shank SDS and for 12mm, 16mm & 24mm bits, but it's parametric so you can make your own.

FIXED See SDS Holder v5.scad - Now works for bit sizes smaller than shank size too. Also introduced a couple of extra functions, in VectorMath v2.scad.
