Parrot Bebop Skycontroller Pan Preventer

I don't want to use the camera joystick on the skycontroler to pan the camera. Instead I prefer to pan the entire drone. But the sensitivity of the joystick makes me pan even if I just want to tilt. Hence this little thing that makes that the joystick can only move up and down.
