Fan Duct for Printrbot+ 2.x

I've got a Printrbot+ 2.0 with, well I'm not sure which version of the extruder mount I have. The fan mount that came with it left a lot to be desired, and ended up cooling too much of the parts I was printing at a go so I put this duct together to help focus it on just the portion being extruded.
