12mm rod holder mounts w/ M5 SHSC

I made these to replace some SHF12 shaft holders that's I'm waiting to ship from China. Has a 13mm bore with a M5 compression bolt to bring it down to < 12mm, M5 screw holes to mount to 2020 extrusion or whatever.
