PrintrBot Simple Rear Fan Mount

After hearing of some issues with hot X and Z motors in the Printrbot Simple, I decided to create a rear fan mount to suck out air. This mount replaces the mounting bracket for the Z stop, and also requires moving the power plug (in my case, this meant extending and re-soldering the wires).
