E3D V6 Kossel Effector with thread for E3D pushfit

The original object was nice but a few things annoy me personally. He changed the thickness of the effector and I didn't like the screw tightin up the hotend in the effector and instead replace it with the standard constriction done by the [fan shroud](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:653175)
The only things I've kept is the thread raised part that
