608zz pillow block mount (same footprint as KP08)

I made a 608zz pillow block mount because I wanted to try using 608zzs in place of KP08s. It's a little taller than the KP08 to give the frame some extra rigidity, You can just about fit 2 608zz bearings inside, since the KP08 footprint is 13mm wide and the 608zzs are 7mm wide.
