ABS calibration cube

In order to calibrate printing with ABS - when the wall are not easy to break and quality of them are decent you are in the right place with your settings.

Settings I used:
Hotend: 240C (JHead)
Bed: 110C for a first layer, 90C for others,
Bed was painted with ABS glue

You should also notify two very important things:
1. DO NOT use fan for ABS!
2. Build a heat chamber (you can use cardbox even) this will improve the quality of your print and also provide good adhesion for the inte
