Laser cut out of 6mm Baltic Birch Ply.
The groove mount is simply press fit in the BI V2.5 original effector.
The support bolts in the factory holes and backs up the hot end and further secures it.
The E3D-V6 is very secure with this. No play, no wobble. It hangs below the effector which clears the fan mount completely.
