Smaller frame vertex concept

This is a concept for a smaller frame vertex for Mendel-like designs. This would only be used for the lower vertices, and the bars on the sides (along the y axis) would sit slightly closer/further from the center line.

Edit: added a version with an anti-vibration foot.
