TB-Clamping - Wade's Geared Nema 17 Extruder

This is the extruder block only. I was added a thermal barrier clamping at
underside of the extruder block. in my case, i'm using a 45~50mm PEEK one
piece PEEK thermal barrier and attached with a nozzle and nophead's alum.
