Lulzbot AO-101 Enclosure lid with room for a 120mm fan

If you like me think the provided 40mm fan is a bit to loud, go get a silent 120mm case fan and print this lid. It's a little bit bigger but the 120mm will cool your electronics while keeping almost quite.
