K-Extruder Mount for Prusa i3 Rework.

31/07/2014: I tried it and I needed to make some changes.
Mounting hole spacing was necessary to be 22.5mm.to fit the i3 Rework. Corrected
01/08/2014: V3_2 for original i3 Rework fan-duct. I hope it fits. I have not tried.
I think k-extruder needs to be improved.
