Shortened RepRap Endstop Holder

The original Prusa RepRap Endstop Holders are too long and take up too much space on the axis. I moved it to the threaded rods, shortened it, and punched another 3.3mm hole for use of standard endstop switches with holes spaced 10mm apart.
