Fix for Jaycar Tech Light LED torch headlamp mount

There are several models of Jaycar "tech light" that use a similarmounting system. It looks good in the picture on the box, but my variant wouldn't stay in horizontal beam position or tilt any higher either. I designed this fix so I can use it as a headlamp properly. Unscrew the bracket off the torch and replace with this one. This bracket also has friction locking ribs to hold position, which the tech light designer seems to have forgotten.
