Carriage Adapter Plate for 3D Printed Linear slide

This is an adapter plate I made to allow a the Kossel Mini's delta arm carriage to be mounted to jcrochol's printed 3d Linear Slide that KongorillaSJK scaled for Misumi 2020 (https://github.com/kongorillaSJK/recirculating). Note: this is NOT for the carriage_recirculating part, this is the standard carriage part from the Kossel repo!)
