Torture test

I wanted to create a single STL that when printed (in reasonable time) will test the common calibration areas / failure modes simultaneously, namely:

- Single wall thickness (As SpaceXULA says, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1637 is perfect - thanks Dmatsumoto!)
- Wall and top surface finish
- Overhangs of various degree
- Small holes
- Towers
- Extruder start/stop settings
