Dual E3D V6 - Independently Height Adjustable Mount for Rostock Max V2

This is a mount for dual E3D V6 hotends for the SeeMeCNC Rostock Max V2. I believe it will also fit the V1. One of the hotends is height adjustable for ease of leveling. Included is a single fan shroud. Offset along the Y-Axis only.
Required hardware:
3 x 10mm M3 Pan Head Screws (you could also use socket head I suppose, it doesn't really matter)
3 x M3 Nylon Lock Nuts
3 x 15-20mm M3 Socket Head Cap Screws
3 x M3 Nuts
