Linear edge nozzle: brass nozzle insert for better heat transfer and faster printing

It is an insert that goes inside a 3mm nozzle and accepts 1.75mm filament. It forces the molten plastic to flow through the small gap between the rib of the insert and the wall of the nozzle, before it can go out the tip of the nozzle.
I printed it with shapeways in unpolished brass
I did some tests using PLA:
at 220C I went from 60 to 110 mm/s
at 260C I went from 70 to 150 mm/s
