Carriage adapter to fit Gyrobot's Micro DUAL Extruder to Prusa i3, P3Steel (and similar)

Very simple parts (not tested yet) to fit the Dual extruder from Gyrobot (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:307218) to my P3Steel (http://www.thingiverse.com/make:57017) with 2 J-Head MKV hot ends.

I'ts a work in progress and have not printed the parts yet.
