Wades Extruder and Hotend holder for Bowden conversion (Prusa i2)

This is a Adapter to use the standart Wades extruder with a 4mm bowden tube (for 1.74mm filament).
There are two vaiants: one to use m5 nuts and one for m4 nuts.

This is a first rweork to use Wades-Bowden adapter combined with an Extruder Holder.
UPDATE: I printed it and all holes seem to lign up perfect.
