Abloy 4180 lock body part

This is a replacement part for Abloy 4180 lock body. Part holds the locked/unlocked button up/down. The bulge will eventually wear out and the switch won't hold it's unlocked state.

I also provided the .blend file for Blender 2.80 if you need to adjust.
