Slightly Higher RAV4 PopSocket Holder

I really liked youkai's original design, but it mounted the phone about 1cm too low for me. A couple minutes in TinkerCAD easily fixed that. Please see the original thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2839187) for the support arms.
