Prusa i3 20mm Cable Chain Mount

In rebuilding my Prusa i3, I wanted a more attractive way to attach my 20mm Cable Chain - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10946 (in particular items End1 and End2).

I bastardized the following X endstop - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:158434 to create a small elevated platform and a ziptie hole.
