Downspout Diverter (3" PVC Rings)

I edited the top and bottom rings to fit 3" PVC that I use for my downspout pipe. It ends up being 83mm diameter, and while it is just a hair loose, I could not get the original on for love or money. I may post an edited version of the main body as well, with a different hose barb on it.
