608 bearing supported filament roller

What, _another_ filament roller/holder? There are so many to choose from, so why would I waste time making a new one?

I didn't find any filament rollers which used 608 bearings and had the features that I wanted.
This roller has these features:
. width is adjustable for various spools: ~36mm - ~70mm
. designed for integration of 608 bearings (skateboard wheel bearings)
. capable of handling various spool internal diameters: 24mm - 59mm
. adjustable/installed without tools
