A re-creation of Henry VIII'?s Crown - originally worn by the Tudor King at Hampton Court Palace. As a potent symbol of power and religious authority, the original was destroyed at the Tower of London in 1649 by Oliver Cromwell, following the abolition of the monarchy. Made of silver gilt and comprising 344 rubies, sapphires, emeralds, diamonds and pearls and five religious sculptures, it was painstakingly recreated in 2012 by the then Crown Jeweler, Harry Collin
