J-Head Printrbrot Simple V4 with Auto Level Sensor

Jhead bowden or possible direct drive mount for Printrbot simple.
Also designed another piece that adds spot for inductive sensor.
You do need the fan assembly also. The j-head requires cooling across its fins.
Also working on mount that for extended y axis also.
