Halloween template rulers

Couldn't find any template rulers with halloween templates for our kids, so I made 2.

Template ruler 1:
- the scary bad
- the bony hands
- the evil face (for use in the pumpkin)
- the sweet pumpkin
- the dangerous spider


Template ruler 2:
- the scary witch
- the evil lurking eyes
- the cold moon
- the one star for many others
- the frightening cat
